Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

It is very easy to use the software. It has a very friendly interface. With it, it is possible to get in touch with people from other sectors without having to go around. Besides being a very light program, it also is a program that does not require much processing power. The cost to the company is very low.

  • Low cost for the company.
  • Provides lectures (audio and video), plus screen and file sharing.
  • Takes up little space and is synchronized via SSO (Single Sing On).
  • I believe it could be linked with other Skypes, in addition to internally.
  • Needs a good connection to use.
  • If the person is offline, it is not possible to leave a message. I think I could change that.
  • Agility in financial and development processes.
  • End user can easily use.
  • Easy implementation and configuration with Single Sing On (SSO).
Microsoft Skype for Business has a friendly interface, besides being much more in account than other programs, it is very easy to implement and synchronize with each login inside the active directory. Skype has been easily implemented and has been in production for more than 5 years.
Overall, Skype for Business is an excellent communication tool, delivering speed. Helping to get in touch with people who stay farthest inside the company. I believe that in general, Skype does not have many negative points, I recommend this program to other users. It works perfectly for small and large companies.
