Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Is used as internal communication platform, by all teams, where all kind of problems are addressed and solved. As company is multinational, Slack allows communications between different company locations, with ease.
Is also used to receive alerts, results and warning from other platforms used in company, on daily-basis allowing to centralize all information.

Pros
- Integrations of external App Reports.
- Ease of use.
- Unlimited users.
Cons
- Omni-channel sync.
- Low customization.
- Lack of an app for Windows.
- I've always worked with Slack, so I'm not sure how it was before, but I feel like it's been a positive implementation.
- Skype and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
You can have multiple teams for a single user account. Most of times will use only one team, though, with multiple channels within it for further discussion levels. Slack permits a lot of third-party service integration.
You can fine-tune notifications to only send you an alert when a particular keyword is mentioned, or to do it only if you’re sent a private message.
