Overall Satisfaction with Slack

I use it to communicate with the team, Slack allows me to know each time a ticket has been assigned to me, this allows answering the customers in a timely manner. We are also able to be aware if any issue is affecting us by sending notifications.
  • On time notifications.
  • Helps communication within the team.
  • Integrations are easy to create.
  • Wider the range of the type of notifications to be sent.
Slack has more features and makes communication easier.
