Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack largely for internal communications; the idea is to ease up on email inbox clutter. We're also trying to establish best practices for us and use the new project management features more, which can help us track stories related to specific issues or attached to specific memberships.

- Managing users and permissions as an admin can be complicated
- Difficulty changing "owners" when someone leaves unexpectedly
- We are a fully-remote team, so Slack has made internal communication much smoother.
- We have significantly reduced the amount of emails coming into inboxes, which has cut down on missed communications.
- We were using the free version for a while, but it is immensely helpful to be able to search our entire conversation history instead of having limited access.
