Our product development team was trobleshooting on critical bug, hence instead of long email chains our engineers collaborate in a dedicated Slack Channel #criticalinvestigation. Teams share logs, debugging suggestions and also real time updates. Also if the support team comes across real time examples they can submit the issue on the channel and also create a ticket if required.
