Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We use this to monitor our main website as well as our web application. This enables us to firstly determine visitor behavior on our main site which enables us to improve our site which in turn leads to more/better customer acquisitions. For our web application, this helps us to monitor user behavior in order for us to optimize our application to deliver a better user experience. It also allows us to troubleshoot errors on the site.
  • User tracking & behavior.
  • User segmentation.
  • Code base at time of user action.
  • Maybe a better interface for switching between sites/organizations.
  • Better integrations with 3rd Party application.
  • Clutching at straws for problems so I guess I'll say maybe a little cheaper.
  • Helped to identify users trying to copy our application.
  • Helped us determine standard behaviors to improve user experience.
  • Helped us identify what a user actually did vs what they reported they did.
The application is so easy to use and their documentation is done well, which has resulted in me never having to reach out to their support team. That's a huge plus in my books.
They have a really simple system to use and everything is documented. I was able to implement everything we needed without having to reach out to their support team.
So much simpler to the user and way more effective. The pricing for our requirement was also much better.

This is great if you want to track user behavior linked with user data from your application i.e. You can track users on Smartlook with your client's username, email, user ID, and any other fields that you find important. Tracking website visitors to better optimize your website/marketing and overall client acquisition rates.
