Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I use it every day - for remote software support, one-on-one training, producing livestreams using offsite computers, and others.
- Secure connection
- Always works on every computer I've installed it on (OSX and Windows)
- I have none. Honestly.
- It's allowed our organization to save on our communications budget which, as a non-profit, is crucial - especially during the pandemic, when income was a mere fraction of what we were used to.
- Zero negative impact.
It's security protocol has been sufficient for me. I have appreciated the need to verify each time, but don't find the process difficult or obtuse.
Extremely. If it has taken more than five minutes to get it set up on any client's computer, that would be a lot. Does take a bit longer on OSX devices, but that's a Mac issue, not a Splashtop one.
