Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our firm works on books and files remotely so we do not have to be mobile. The staff can work from home and easily gain access to a clients computer as needed and any time or day of the week.

Easy access to clients remote computers
Staff can work from anywhere
Love the remote printing

Cons

Some older remote computers do not have the full capabilities that Splashtop offers
Occasional remote connection issues (could be internet related)

Return on Investment

The ease of use has made using this product seamless saving us a lot of time
It is great that it is not a desktop program but does have a desktop app

I haven't had to really use support in quite some time. Splashtop has been easy to use and seamless. I'm sure there are a lot of features that I could be using but have not yet but we are happy with what we need it for.

Splashtop Security

It meets our needs and knowing that it does have good security gives us peace of mind.

Onboarding with Splashtop

Very quickly. It's been a while now that we have been using it but it doesn't stick in my head as having been an issue or I would remember.

Products Replaced

Yes - I had used 2 other remote access programs over many years that just did not work very well and were very unstable so Splashtop has been great.

For our accounting/bookkeeping firm it works really well. It would be nice if Splashtop had a space to drop files for retrieval remotely. A combined storage for temporary files.
