Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

I use Splashtop remote access to connect to my PC when working outside of the office. Splashtop gives me the ability to work from any location with the great sense of security. Splashtop solves any issue that I have with availability, accessibility, and the need to be in two places at once.

Pros

Splashtop does very well with providing secure remote access. I have not used the support function, so I cannot speak to this area. I am appreciative of the security features such as device verification, two-factor authentication, and industry stand encryption.

Splashtop does well by being a reliable remote connection provider. Splashtop is suited well for individuals with high travel requirements, high and frequent clientele contact. If I had to speak on appropriateness I would have to say that if you do not have a need for constant access to files then you really wouldn't need an option as sophisticated as Splashtop.
