Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop to remote into our clients computers so even if they have a different version of the accounting software or a whole different software that they prefer to use we can still be of assistance to them by using it via Splashtop to do the work they have requested.
Pros
- Easy to remote into other computers
- I use it to enter items for our Sunday morning service without having to be at the church on a Saturday
- Is very flexible and works well under many situations.
Cons
- Understanding how to switch monitors when the client you have remoted into has multiple monitors. Its a feature I know how to use but always find myself looking for the location.
- Easy of use for myself and client
- Productivity is more efficient due to cutting out travel and time on site where other distractions often cause the time to be longer.
