Splashtop Journey

Splashtop is very useful and User friendly tool which provides easily remote session for any laptop model from anywhere. It should be installed on admin machine and just invite user via email or send link directly to download Splashtop SOS agent. User runs the downloaded .exe file and it provides 9-digit token which is used by admin after entering the token. Admin can control/access the user machine.

Splashtop does a great job of meeting my remote access and support needs securely. I find its device verification and two step verification features very reassuring. they add strong layers of protection, especially when sensitives system. overall splashtop feels robust, reliable, and well designed for secure it support environments.

My onboarding experience with Splashtop was smooth and efficient. I was able to get up and running quickly within an hour, I had remote access configured and tested.
