Great Remote access
Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Splashtop is used across the whole organization to be able to assist clients at various location and states to solve their IT issues as well as help new clients with driver issues and watch the process which they go through and improve there efficiency.
Pros
- Friendly support and sales group
- They are willing to stay with you to resolve any issue you might have and makes you feel like your issue is important. You are just not a number.
Cons
- I believe that all levels of remote access should have the ability to have dual monitor support at all times.
- When end-user is moving the cursor I should be able to see where they are moving and clicking on.
- Clients love the fact that I can hop on their system and watch what they are doing as they can not describe what is occurring.
- Having the ability to access the system after hours or when the end-user is not there .
Splashtop is the solution which I first turned towards before I started to use an RMM. I believe it is a great solution such that even in my RMM (Atera) where I can use other remote agents, I only use Splashtop for its security and ease of use.
It was the most pain free process I have delt with. Even when I needed to show others how to use the product they were surprised how easy it was.
