Great Remote Tool

Splashtop has been used across the IT department for quick support and effective remote access to assist beyond what normal screen sharing can accomplish. It is especially helpful for administrative permissions and aiding users with elevation prompts that are normally not seen in standard screen call due to security reasons.

The MFA and encryption are great for security requirements. The security team approved of this application and reviewed all the settings to ensure that we were not introducing additional security concerns into our systems by using Splashtop. It is also helpful that updates can be easily pushed if there were any vulnerabilities found.

The onboarding and usability of installing and using Splashtop across the organization has been easy to work through. There were no big issues and all devices that are connected were able to be seen quickly after sending the app package. The whole onboarding experience was worthwhile for multiple members of our IT team.
