Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Currently we use it to manage systems that don't work well with Kaseya's VSA X. Some users prefer the Splashtop remote tool feature set. Also use the SOS licensing for all remote support for clients not on support Plans.

- Ease to manage
Cons
- Better support for large or much smaller resolutions at the client side
- Direct integration with Microsoft RDP
- Allows us to provide immediate remote support for new clients
- Allows us to support older operating systems
MFA is great and all standards seem to be met.
Relatively quick to on-board, very happy with required changes we've needed to make over the years.
Yes - Can't remember the name of the product we replaced, but it was a major step forward.
