Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I found this site by mistake, as the Remote Company we used to use I had issues all the time. I could not be happier with Splashtop, it was easy to install, very easy to use, and have not had one issue since we started using it last year. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

  • This has saved me from coming into the office.
  • I have all my work files at anytime I need them.
Anytime I needed support, which has not been much, they respond right away and give very good instructions on how to use.
It has met all my needs when concerning a secure site. I have been very impressed with them.
I was able to get up and running using them very quickly, Signed up with them, installed on all work computers, installed on all my personal devices and I was in.
Yes - I used to use TeamViewer, and the connection did not always work, and I could only log into one computer, with Splashtop I can log into any computer in my office, and has worked every time no issues.

I needed something to use for my company to be able to remote in the office, many times I am at home or out of town and need to access my work computer, with Splashtop, it has worked perfectly every time. After I installed on all my devices, it is just a click of the button and I am on my work computer.
