So we are a family-owned screenprinting/embroidery/sign shop, me being the graphic designer/artist for everything that walks through our doors. Not that I work from home a lot, but using Splashtop Enterprise is a lifesaver when it comes to tapping into my work computer from home and getting stuff done that I wasn't able to do during the day. I tend to use it mainly right when I get home to catch up on late-day emails and on weekends to get jobs ready for the coming week. We have two other users here who use it when they are out of state to not only step up jobs on their end but keep track of emails.
