Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop Enterprise enables remote access to the company desktop. Used by corporate staff. Much less expensive than having to reproduce corporate resources remotely

Pros

  • Enables easy, secure remote access.
  • Provides WYSIWYG remote desktop.
  • Low cost solution.

Cons

  • Some software keystrokes are not passed through.
  • Positive impact: Obviates travel time.
  • Positive impact: Enables night-time response to time-sensitive issues.
Don't have experience with support team.
  • Been hacked before, so I know we are on someone's list.
  • No security issues were encountered due to Splashtop.
Simple interface. Worked the first time with no help needed. Smooth sailing since day 1.
