Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

It is currently used by the whole organization. We provide support to Windows workstations to solve their issues that interact with our canned accounting software package. We also provide support to desktop endpoint protection using Sophos endpoint and managed backup service. Splashtop Enterprise is also used for unattended access to critical servers that require monitoring and 24/7 uptime.

There was really no need for us to call support as it it actuaally works seamlessly.
Splashtop Enterprise meets our secure remote support solution and effectively provide us 24/7 support capability for on-premise and hosted servers.
It was quick, switching from TeamViewer to Splashtop was quick and we easily migrated our unattended servers from TeamViewer to Splashtop Enterprise with no downtime.

It is well suited for problems when a Windows update stops features from the software application in particular printer drivers that Windows automatically change, where a UPD driver is required to actually work because of PCL 5 compatibility. It is less appropriate to use when the client's desktop is using old Windows OS that we require to upgrade
before we can provide support via Splashtop.

Price wise it's cheaper than TeamViewer. Faster download and quick support access that our clients like compared to TeamViewer.
I still stick with Splashtop if I have to change my evaluation and selection process
