Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I utilize this product for all my remote work. I needed a remote access application to provide unattended access to my client's computers. This provides an amazing service with multiple ways to keep my clients secure. It is fast, secure, and reliable at a reasonable price. It provides a great amount of flexibility as well. I absolutely love Splashtop!
- Unattended Access.
- File Transfer.
- Screen Share.
- Screen Share - I can't see the customer move the mouse when I am assisting.
- It has allowed me to remotely assist and patch customers from my home. Saving LOTS of drive time and time on site.
- I can do multiple computers so I can multitask.
Splashtop Enterprise is great with security. I love the multiple points of security I can configure.
Just the installation and configuration of the clients. OSX takes a little longer but is worth it in the long run.
