Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Remote access is important to the company and me since we frequently need to work remotely. I especially like that I can upload or download a company file to my remote computer for offline use. This is handy if the power or the internet goes down.

- Can upload or download files to the remote computer
- Can reboot the office computer remotely
- Printing to a remote printer could be easier
- Less travel time if we can work remotely - so more work can be completed.
- The remote screen can be seen at work (or blanked out if desired for confidential issues) for detailed discussions on items being worked on.
The scope of my work is not usually confidential- so two-factor authentication and encryption are not a concern of mine.
Installation was quick and intuitive to use. I did not use all the features immediately but found more as I used the program.
