SplashTop is my favorite

I have used just about all of the common remote options for accountants over the last 10 years and, for the money, Splashtop Enterprise is my favorite. It has all the bells and whistles of the big tech yet is priced perfectly for my small client base. I love that once I have my client install the software on their PC I am not sharing this access with other techs for whatever reason. It smoothly handles multiple monitors and copies and pastes from my PC to my client's and vice versa. Quicker than Google Drive or Dropbox for file transfers. The bandwidth demand is not bad either as I have a couple of customers in the sticks with limited internet and it still works 95% of the time without issues. BTW, I only serve small businesses. I hope they don't change out of my comfort zone...which seems to be what technology does very often. Splashtop Enterprise is the BEST for my needs. I love them. Thank you, SplashTop.

As I am a small business owner remoting to other small business PCs, the security demands are minimal. Their SplashTop window of my connected clients shows me who is available and who is offline. Again, I am a small business and my needs are simple and instant. Once my client has loaded the SplashTop Streamer, my job is much easier.

I had to find a quick and full service remote access service within my budget very quickly. My prior service provider had been challenging. When they changed their service to full rate it was way out of my budget and I suddenly had no service. No warning, just not available.
