Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop not only for IT staff remoting into users' machines to assist and troubleshoot with issues, but also in a remote training environment. Since the pandemic, it because necessary to train new staff remotely and we use multiple monitors. Splashtop allows us to view multiple monitors all at the same time which is invaluable! Microsoft Teams only allows you to share one screen at a time - very inconvenient!

I only had to contact Splashtop one time that I remember and it was a good experience.
The security of the product, both while using the product in a support scenario as well as logging into the product, have met my needs.
I was able to get onboarded with Splashtop quickly. In a matter of minutes.

Splashtop is well suited for IT support scenarios and remote training. We left TeamViewer to come to Splashtop because of these features.
