Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We use Splashtop not only for IT staff remoting into users' machines to assist and troubleshoot with issues, but also in a remote training environment. Since the pandemic, it because necessary to train new staff remotely and we use multiple monitors. Splashtop allows us to view multiple monitors all at the same time which is invaluable! Microsoft Teams only allows you to share one screen at a time - very inconvenient!
