Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I generally work from home so Splashtop Enterprise has enabled me to do this effortlessly. Always on, always ready, no hassles. It offers me remote printing, transfer of documents, etc. as if I was sitting at my desk in the workshop.

We have had no issues at all with security or access. The other regular email updates are on various types of security vulnerabilities in the cyber world, which is helpful. Regular updates also give us confidence in the product.

Yes - We were using another well-known product but the cost was becoming prohibitive and its reliability was declining. Splashtop Enterprise is simple to use which is a huge bonus when working with non-techy people.
