Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Discovered Splashtop for a friend's company. His renewal for his existing remote support software was doubling for the second year in a row. I researched options and found Splashtop. We give it a short test and it did everything we were accustomed to plus added features we had wished we had. I use it for my company and have helped several friends implement it for their companies. No one has ever been disappointed. We have a small number of computers we can do unattended management while most of our work uses SOS for ad hoc connecting with the customer's acknowledgment. This is one product/service I am pleased to give a top rating to.

- Screen Sharing works but there is a quirk that starts a repeating screen-n-screen-n-screen. You just have to know the steps to take to avoid.
- Reduced trips to customer's office for training and support.
- Easily manage computers after hours.
Install and go. Very little time was spent learning how to use it. It is extremely logical.

Selected Splashtop after a search to replace the current support tool that had doubled in price for two straight years. Price was the initial reason to review, but Splashtop has proved to be better than the product it replace at 1/4 the price.

Quick Initial Response
Customer Service support - needed to change how we used the product and customer service was excellent at helping us identify the license we needed. Have not had a problem that we needed support. We did contact support a couple of times on "how to" questions and the support was fast and accurate.
The only issue of usability is swapping to let the person on the other end see my screen. it results in an infinity display. i don't use it often enough to remember the rather simple fix. would be nice if it was easier.
