Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Splashtop Enterprise allows me to work remotely from home and have full and complete access to the programs on my work computer and corporate network.
  • Operate any computer remotely just as if you were sitting in front of it.
  • Quickly and easily connect to remote computers.
  • Great support for remote computers with multiple monitors.
  • I honestly can't think of any.
  • It allows me to be productive regardless of my location. I can work from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Increase productivity by not having to worry about maintaining multiple computers or copying files to USB drives or online folders.
I don't think I've ever needed to contact support.
I feel that Splashtop Enterprise is very secure. My account is secured by multi-factor authentication and all data is encrypted.
Initial setup was very quick and easy. I think it took about ten minutes.
Yes - I've used TeamViewer, LogMeIn and other remote access products in the past. What sets Splashtop apart from all of them in my opinion is their multi-monitor support, ease of use, and value.

Splashtop Enterprise is perfect anytime you need remote access to a specific computer such as your office computer or a computer at your vacation house, etc. I'm not sure how well it would work if you are an IT support professional and need to be able to remotely access tens or hundreds of computers. I think Splashtop may have a solution for that, but I've not used that particular product/solution.
