Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I personally use Splashtop while working from home. I first started using it when we were all sent home for the pandemic. I needed a reliable way to remote into my computer. Another employee told me about Splashtop. It has been very reliable. It allows me to work from home seamlessly.

- I like the customer support.
- There was one time that I couldn't remote in and I had no idea why. Maybe it would be good to have some kind of checklist.
- Allowed me to access all payroll and financial documents to apply for PPP loans
- Allows me to continue to create commission reports for payroll.
Splashtop meets my needs by providing secure remote access. The security features are fine and I have not had any issues with breaches of security.
Splashtop is very easy to implement. As you go through the process of onboarding, it walks you through what is needed. It was very painless and efficient.
Yes - I had been using Remote Desktop but was running into some issues. Someone suggested Splashtop and it's been a breeze since then.
