Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

Splashtop was shown to me by a friend who uses it. It seemed super easy, so I gave it a try. I ditched the old "team viewer" and the "Goto" software that same day. Splashtop allows me to work from WHERE I am. I have used it on a phone, iPad, laptop, and desktop. It is my go-to for remote connections. I travel a LOT, and this allows me to work regardless of what state I am in, without having to get someone in the office to do the paperwork for me. If you are on the fence- just do it. So much easier than the others.
  • Quick Access - No waiting and having to login with multiple passwords.
  • Mimics my desktop screens and allows me to quickly accomplish things.
  • Easy to learn the "how to's" - Not complicated at all!
  • Actually have gotten several other workers to sign up once they saw how easy it was!
  • It would be great if it remembered your last settings.
  • I wish when in dual monitor mode it would remember that is what you want.
  • I bought it personally so I could use it for my convenience so I am sure the ROI is up there!
  • It makes it a lot faster to tell a customer, "hold on - let me email you that," .. rather than "hold on- let me make a call and see if I can get someone in the office to do that."
  • It makes time zones a thing of the past. I can log in to my office computer at whatever time I need to. No waiting for someone to be IN the office!
I used the online chat, and Josh was quick and amazing! He was able to get things resolved in less than 5 min.
Security is top-notch! I have not had any issues at all.
Onboarding with Splashtop was quick and easy. It did not take anyone to assist. I just followed the online directions, and boom, you are connected! My brother had a different issue where he was trying to connect five computers at once - once he stopped - read the instructions, and step by step, did one at a time- easy!
Yes - TeamViewer, I did not like how it started up with my computer and made me acknowledge its existence before I could complete any other tasks. It is now gone! Also, Goto My PC was replaced since Splashtop does everything and more! I can run multiple monitors on multiple monitors if available. I love this. It speeds up the time it takes to accomplish tasks and leaves more free time to do other things!

If you travel for work and still need to access your office computer- this is the easiest software I have found to do that. Every time I am on the road I use it. I have it set up on multiple computers where I am at, so it is even easier than having to use a phone or iPad. It is very quick to log on, and the one time I needed tech support, they were fast, understood exactly what was going on, and could fix it in less than 5 minutes.
