Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Splashtop as an adjunct to our primary RMM solution. It provides several enhancements, particularly the ability to select a session when connecting to a terminal server and the reliability of connections for the Mac. We also find it more reliable. Overall, Splashtop works well for us and we will continue to use it going forward as a backup to our RMM, and sometimes as the primary option.

Support Rating

I've never had to engage them for support, so I can't answer this question in a meaningful way. The software works consistently and I've never had an issue requiring support.

Splashtop Security

I'm very comfortable with the level of security and the web-based MFA requirements. I would like to see MFA required every time on the desktop app and not allow people to bypass it.

I was up and running in about 15 minutes.
