Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I access clients' computers to guide them in procedures and to get the information needed to complete their accounting. It allows us to log in to their computer and teach them the proper way to do things in real-time. We are able to transfer files seamlessly and print. Easy to use and works great. Compared to the competition it is hands down the best.

Pros

  • Printing Issues sometimes depending on the platform of the computer.
  • Sometimes the computer is unable to connect because the software has been disabled.

I have not had to contact support for help with the actual product so it is difficult to rate the support but if it is like all the other departments I have contacted, they are awesome. They were very helpful and gave very good advice. Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to set up an account to support the number of clients I needed.
It is very secure and allows you to secure both ends of the connection. Absolutely love this product and recommend it to everyone that I know and have yet to have anyone of them complain or have anything negative to say about the product. It secures without being a hassle to access.
I would say within 30 minutes, I was up and going. Takes only minutes to invite clients and set them up. It is a lot easier than any of the other ones I have used and works seamlessly. Just added another new client today and it took maybe 15 minutes total.
Yes - I replaced Go to my Pc with Splashtop and have not looked back. It works better, is cheaper, and just love it. I support between 15 - 20 clients and it is much more reasonable and works better than the previous software. Have had no problems with Splashtop but had problems all the time with the past one.

Ease of loading software, simple to use even for those not as savvy as others, very reasonably priced, easy to share files and print from the remote computer. You can password protect clients' computers which makes the system secure from others who are not authorized to use to access it. Can't say enough about the simplicity, value, and product. Love it.

Using Splashtop Enterprise

2 - We are a small family owned Accounting Firm. We have 20 clients. We work remotely so it is necessary to access their computers to get data to do their accounting. It is the best I have used and works without any problems. Clients do not mind the software and we love it.
