Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop Enterprise is used for remote support of Clients, assisting with the troubleshooting and resolution of issues. Our support model spans Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPad platforms. It greatly assists with supporting Client devices, as a Client's description of what is being displayed or of a particular error/informational message may not be 100% accurate.
- Allows for remote support of Clients when I was not physically available in my office. I can use the product from my Cellular-enabled iPad.
I have never had occasion to need to reach out to Splashtop support.
Yes - I replaced Citrix TeamViewer with Splashtop Enterprise, mainly for cost savings. I am extremely pleased with my decision.

Splashtop Enterprise is well-suited for "Contract" support situations, where more "Corporate" solutions simply do not exist. A hugely positive note of Splashtop Enterprise is the installation itself is non-invasive to the host Operating System; that is, it is a stand-alone executable that does not require an actual local installation.
