Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
For home/ remote use during sick time, evenings & weekends. We have 3 people that use it within our company. The owner, our graphic designer, and myself. It saves me hours of driving when I have to solve a problem or send a file when I am at home or away from the office.
- Log In is easy and fast
- Response time with the remote office computer is quick.
- It would be nice if there was a direct portal between my home computer and the one at my office. I used another VPN software and it allowed me to put a folder on my desktop I could drag files into it and retrieve them from either of the satellite locations.
- Can't think of any problems - at least I haven't run into any yet.
- It has had nothing but a positive impact.

- It is a money saver - less trips to the office, therefore using less gas, driving less and wasting time less.
I have had no security problems or remote access problems.

It was easy to install and connect and - although I had help - my teammate had me up and running very quickly.
