Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

For home/ remote use during sick time, evenings & weekends. We have 3 people that use it within our company. The owner, our graphic designer, and myself. It saves me hours of driving when I have to solve a problem or send a file when I am at home or away from the office.
  • Log In is easy and fast
  • Response time with the remote office computer is quick.
  • It would be nice if there was a direct portal between my home computer and the one at my office. I used another VPN software and it allowed me to put a folder on my desktop I could drag files into it and retrieve them from either of the satellite locations.
  • Can't think of any problems - at least I haven't run into any yet.
  • It has had nothing but a positive impact.
  • It is a time saver
  • It is a money saver - less trips to the office, therefore using less gas, driving less and wasting time less.
Not really Applicable.
I have never had to use support. If I need help, I usually ask my fellow employee - the computer geek of the office. He has always helped me thru any problems.

When working from home, it is very easy to send files from my work computer (to clients) if I've missed something during the day. It is a great backup system.
