Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social for everyday social media management for our 100+ brand accounts from reporting to scheduling to inbox monitoring. Sprout Social helps us find efficiencies, save time and build a collaboration space.

Pros

  • Inbox Monitoring - super effective and easy way to manage social comments
  • Reporting - We love the tagging system and are able to pull comprehensive reports
  • Scheduling - we love that we can schedule multiple pieces of content on multiple days/times, find optimal times to schedule and also build a content calendar.

Cons

  • The Sprout Social app is great and super helpful for on-the-go but we would like to be able to add comments to our team in there vs assigning tasks only.
  • Sprout Social allows our team to save time which in turn allows us to be able to be more efficient across several states in a remove environment. It reduced the cost for only having one tool and not needing to hire outside help to monitor inboxes.
Sprout Social is very intuitive and easy to use with minimal training for the basic features.
Sprout Social is much more intuitive and easier to use, and has more features that are more effective.
