Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social to schedule our social media posts. The best part is how easy it is to share it between a team, so that we can all see when each other have posts scheduled. We tend to use it on an almost daily basis, between me and my two coworkers.

Pros

  • Allows you to see your full content calendar of what you've planned
  • Allows you to cross post on different platforms
  • Customizes the post design for each social media

Cons

  • A better preview of what the post will look like
  • The ability to delete a post from Instagram that has already posted
  • The ability to edit a post that has already been posted and repost it
  • Saves time and effort
  • Allows us to work together without having to plan meetings
I've been able to figure out everything that I have used yet with little trouble, but not all of the features are easy to understand. I feel like there's a lot that I'm not using just because I don't know about it.

I think it's great if you're handling multiple accounts across social medias and working with multiple people on it. It might not be as useful if you're handling all of the social media on your own and not collaborating, but that would likely still be helpful. I'm not sure how the functionality works if you're managing multiple social accounts on the same platform.
