Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social for social media management and review management. Outsourcing our social media turned out to be a lot of work, so we decided to bring it in-house. Sprout Social allows us to manage our social media in an efficient and effective way. I also love that it allows other team members to review and approve posts without having to have a license.

  • Approvals - when a post "expires" I can only find it by clicking the link in my email and can't find it in my dashboard
  • We saved about $3,000 per month by switching to Sprout Social from a social media agency.
  • The reporting allows us to measure which campaigns and content is performing the best, which helps in decision-making and strategic decisions.
There are a few little things that can be improved. There are a lot of settings that make it a bit overwhelming at first, but mostly it's very usable.
Sprout Social is much more robust than the other tools we've tried. It has better reporting, scheduling, tagging, and approval processes.
