Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use it as a marketing agency to pre schedule our posts and track our results.

Pros

  • Statistics for organic social.
  • Convenient to upload content.
  • Reporting features and percentage MoM tracking.

Cons

  • The social listening isn’t very helpful.
  • Sidebar could be easier to navigate.
  • I would like to have different captions per social media platform without having to duplicate posts.
  • Saves a lot of time.
  • Convenience of single login.
  • Less time needed for training.
We’re able to spend less time on reporting and logging into individual accounts, so our actions are more efficient and we save a fair amount of time each month. The premium membership also allows us to conveniently aggregate our reporting and create a similar monthly report.
I find it easy to use and navigate, I do feel that the sidebar navigation could be simplified for improved user experience. I think it’s pretty straightforward though, and the process for scheduling posts is very convenient and much easier than another option like Sprinklr, and I much prefer it overall.
Sprout is a lot easier to use, much more convenient and overall my favorite of the two. I like the sections they use for navigation more than I do the Sprinklr dashboard and reporting. I also prefer the options for scheduling posts because you can just upload the photo or video without having to preselect whether the post will be a static or carousel or reel for example.

I think Sprout is very well suited to someone who wants to track and monitor their social media activity easily, receive customizable insights into their campaigns, and track performance over time. I also recommend Sprout for planning out posts and scheduling them ahead of posting, it saves hours of time compared to logging into each individual account.
