Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

The software is really user-friendly and easy to install and use. I love the ease of the reporting usage.
  • Easy to install.
  • Easy to monitor the agents.
  • Easy to use (I use it myself).
  • Also, it is regularly updated.
  • Actually, there is nothing more to be desired by the software.
  • Faster call resolution.
  • Better tracking of the incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Easy to use, which saves times on agent training.
Easier to use, but I was using an Avaya phone and not software.
Good as a softphone. Easy to use and understand, also the ad-hoc and live reporting is quite well - fast and detailed.
