Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk, being used by our entire organization, has helped us to migrate from a traditional PBX to one in the cloud and to stop paying for individual services for each of our sites. It is easy to administer and simple to use.
Pros

- You can get numerous reports.
- It is user-friendly.
Cons
- The add-in for Salesforce could be more stable.
- The technical support is slow and should take less than several days for urgent requests.
- Better compatibility for physical devices would be great.
- It's helped us save money'

- Mitel MiCollab and GoToConnect (formerly Jive)
