Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk, being used by our entire organization, has helped us to migrate from a traditional PBX to one in the cloud and to stop paying for individual services for each of our sites. It is easy to administer and simple to use.
  • It is easy to manage.
  • You can get numerous reports.
  • It is user-friendly.
  • The add-in for Salesforce could be more stable.
  • The technical support is slow and should take less than several days for urgent requests.
  • Better compatibility for physical devices would be great.
  • It's helped us save money'
  • Made it easy to manage our phone services.
  • We can now see an increase in productivity.
Its more mature and for larger organizations.
They take too long to provide a response, even when urgent support is needed.
