Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

To communicate with members in different countries. It helps us access different areas of the world.

It is very user-friendly. Everything displayed on the dashboard is easy to see and navigate. The customer support team is also great at responding back when you have a problem and they are even willing to connect with you via Zoom which makes it more personable. I have had an amazing experience.
I like that when there is a problem you see it being fixed pretty quickly once you guys get the feedback, for example, one of the issues was call quality for a while and once you started to hear from us you made the change to make it better. I don't have any cut issues now and it is very easy to work with.
when I was unable to dial I got help from one of your reps they were really fast in responding the same day and once the issue was resolved I was able to continue with my work on the same. Sometimes with other companies when working remotely it can take 2-5 days to get help.
Talkdesk is great to communicate with others remotely. I like the use of the app so you can use it even when you are on the go from your cell phone.
