Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

I use Talkdesk every day. I use it while I'm interacting with our customers to give them a smooth experience. I transfer them to the correct department if needed and I'm able to generate tickets as soon as I answer a call because the ticket will automatically show up. This makes handling customer issues or feedback a lot easier. I've never had problems with hearing our customers and vice versa. This app is perfect for day to day use.

Talkdesk is very easy to navigate and my overall experience using this app is very good. I haven't had any issues as far as speaking to customers and handling day by day interactions. I I definitely recommend this app to any business that has to engage in customer interaction because it's very easy to learn.

It is a great app as far as speed and reliability goes. I can quickly pull up a customer's account just by typing in their number. Most of the time, their account automatically comes up because Talkdesk will recognize their number and will already have their order on my ticket which makes my job 10 times easier.

I had a call where a customer was already very frustrated. She had been transferred multiple times with no real resolution. I was able to quickly pull up her account with the information that Talkdesk provided me so she did not have to verify her account for the 100th time. Since the account automatically came u, I was able to quickly help her with her request and I improved her overall experience with our company.
This is my first call center job so I have not used any other products other than Talkdesk.
Talkdesk helps me to engage with customers when it comes to making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls. I'm able to see a customer's name when they call in, making it easier for me to pull up their account and to link their account to a ticket.

Talkdesk does sometimes have issues where I might have to restart the app because it froze but the software is constantly updating.
