- Definitely the look should be improved
- FAQ's or basic help option needs to be there containing answers in case you don't know what function does what
- Also some color themes can be added to look attractive
- It can help reduce average handle time of employees
- Recording and reporting helps increased retention rates
- The better call service will give good business

- Zendesk Chat (formerly Zopim)
We are using Zendesk Chat to connect to our overseas partners. Using Zendesk Chat requires VPN and other settings to connect. However, Talkdesk is quite easy and only requires an internet connection.
