Talkdesk is used company-wide. We use it to connect with our customers, partners, and couriers. The purpose is to give customer service to our stakeholders and customers.
  • You can download the recordings
  • you can see the past history of the calls made
  • You can easily change the call tree as per your business needs
  • We can maneuver around areas like Calls, Contacts, Voicemails, Reporting, Admin
  • We can easily change the status of our Talkdesk
  • Definitely the look should be improved
  • FAQ's or basic help option needs to be there containing answers in case you don't know what function does what
  • Also some color themes can be added to look attractive
  • It can help reduce average handle time of employees
  • Recording and reporting helps increased retention rates
  • The better call service will give good business
Talkdesk has all the features that help give 100% customer service. They help with reporting, recording, filters, and all options to give the best service to serve our partners and customers.
The options are really basic and simple to implement. New users can simply start using Talkdesk and can get to know it. Basic training is required.
Talking to clients on calls with long hours gives us the best time to provide our service to our stakeholders.
We are using Zendesk Chat to connect to our overseas partners. Using Zendesk Chat requires VPN and other settings to connect. However, Talkdesk is quite easy and only requires an internet connection.
