Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk is currently used in our company for our call centers. They work from home in this corona pandemic time and its user-friendly software to use at home. We are still busy with the implementation for the whole company. It solves problems like having old desk phones on the desks because they are not needed anymore with Talkdesk, just a headset is enough.

- I would like a more colourful display admin center.
- Trainings that admins can provide.
- Increased agent productivity.
- Less fails in the servers.
- Better reviews from our customers.
They always are very helpful and always are available when needed. Our call center employees always need to be online, because the food we deliver goes on 24/7. So when our servers are not working we are very glad we can call Talkdesk anytime.
We first used 3cx within Amazon workspaces. But had a lot of trouble with connection fails constantly. This resulted in [looking] for something different. Talkdesk was the best solution for us because of the user-friendly interfaces and easy implementation. We also read a lot of reviews of Talkdesk and they were all very positive.
