Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk at The Scotts Company for consumer-related calls. Glad we partnered with Talkdesk for their reporting capabilities and ability to train using recorded calls. The implementation was smooth and the application was user-friendly. It required little training for the users. We have not had any downtime since switching to Talkdesk. All associates I have worked with have been extremely helpful and made sure our questions were answered.

  • There is no ROI assisted with Talkdesk. However, it is user-friendly and easier for associates to use.
I give Talkdesk the highest rating because I do not have issues to resolve with the system. There has been zero downtime which in turn allows me to get my job done.
Switching to Talkdesk was a simple transition and seamless.
I received exceptional support when I was not able to find a tracking report and pull in information easily. A report was developed for us and all my questions were answered quickly.
Talkdesk is light years ahead of our old CMS system. They were not cloud-based and we had connectivity issues continually.
