Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I use TeamViewer in order to access a commonly used iMac computer in my company. Other members of my team use it to access their computers while they are at home or to help other members to troubleshoot easy problems or when they want to get quick inputs on something relevant. We also use TeamViewer for sporadic meetings.
- Quickly set up meetings
- Seamlessly connect to remote PCs or Mac computers
- Realtime-like experience
- Different versions do not work well together, or at least TeamViewer always ask to update to the latest.
- A huge positive impact because it improves our productivity
The speed connection of TeamViewer is only comparable with Windows Remote Desktop Connection, but we can only use RDC with fixed IPs, also it is the most consistent tool for wake-on-LAN tasks.

Yes
Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy TeamViewer again?
Yes
TeamViewer helped us by allowing us to connect to any customer computer or even our own shared computers from any other device (phone, iPad, laptop, etc.) anywhere in the world. Actually, you tend to forget how easily the implementation was, and from my experience, that is the best scenario, implement once and forget about it.
Actually what we used the most was the unattended password feature with block and allow lists.
