Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

It is used to remote control computers that are running secondary build agents.
  • Easy to use interface
  • Great control features including remote shutdown/reboot
  • The wallpaper removal is a nice touch to allow you to easily see the remote computers' desktop.
  • Security is one area that could be improved, but I think we think with two factor authentication it has already come a long way.
  • It's been well worth its price as it has enabled us to more easily get work done on our servers.
  • The amount of time we save has made up for the initial cost.
It really does all you would expect it to do. I would easily recommend it as the go-to software for remote controlling a computer.

TeamViewer Security and Support

We did not purchase TeamViewer support. However, I have used TeamViewer support on a personal basis and it went very smoothly. It far exceeded my expectations. I imagine that their paid support would be even better. We plan to discuss this addition later.
