Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Teamviewer is a great solution for solving users' problems remotely. Very useful also for connecting to other computers/servers when you are away from the workplace.

Cons

  • Price is too expensive
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Rapid problem solving
  • Access a menu with chat, call and video call functions via the Internet.
Remote Desktop doesn't work like Teamviewer. Easier file transfer, cross-platform, mobile.
The software is available not only for Windows, macOS, and Linux, but also for all the major mobile platforms in the world, such as Android, iOS and Windows Phone. Nothing negative.
