Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I've implemented TeamViewer at multiple organizations from large to small size user groups. They have some of the best features for remote work and a plethora of technologies for various situations. We've used it for remote support, for accessing servers in secure networks, for collaborating with colleagues and vendor support personnel, and just personally for accessing home computers that I need to manage wherever I go.
- Best remote desktop experience.
- Collaboration features.
- Mobile app is awesome!
- Trial version is full-featured.
- Remote Access setup is not very intuitive.
- How the trial version determines "corporate use" is not always clear.
- Better customer service for remote workers.
- More effective IT response to troubleshooting remote issues.
- Better collaboration within the organizations and with other organizations.
There are other meeting, screen sharing, and collaboration software products that do well, but in my opinion, TeamViewer excels in the most important aspects of screen sharing or remote support software. It has the most high quality audio/video performance, it has many collaboration tools that make working remotely more effective, and the onboarding process makes it so that support can be extended anywhere in an instant. When it comes to remote access and managing computers and servers remotely, TeamViewer has the best platform for managing those as a team and with consistently high performance.
