Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I have used TeamViewer for approx 10 years across organisations sized between 500-1500 as a remote support tool. I have had tried difficult products within that time (Log Me In, VNC, Remote Desktop, Quick Assist) but Team Viewer is simple to use and reliable. In terms of unattended support I don't think it can be beaten. It comes with a lot of additional functionality for management such as inventory, meetings and chat but the products primary function are why we buy this product.
- Unattended support.
- Fast, good performance.
- Feature rich, able to remotely lock desktop, etc.
- Remotely pushing out the product/updates is an area for improvement.
- Has allowed for simple, universal access remotely.
- User friendly product that means we can support staff quickly when required.
Team Viewer is one of the easiest and most powerful products that I have used for remote support, particularly the unattended support element to remotely access a machine without an end user. It is a market leader for a reason, it does what you need and so really it sells itself.

We have used TeamViewer across multiple devices and platform from different versions of windows to various mobile phone types. Having that additional functionality of being able to remote into a mobile phone has been a huge benefit.
Security is extremely important, so using a trusted provider such as TeamViewer is vital.
