Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I have used TeamViewer multiple times to access remote computers, sometimes supporting customers, sometimes diagnosing issues with production environments, some times running tests on development test environments. I have used it multiple times to connect to remote environments without many complications easily.
- Easy setup of a remote connection.
- Easily allow remote access to a third party.
- Issues working via proxies.
- Issuer sharing large files.
- The fact that you need a very good internet connection for something as basic as remote desktop protocol.
- The fact that you can easily set up remote access is a big plus so less time spent solving this problem.

Having the ability to set up remote access in minutes will always be a big plus for any business. Now, security concerns, on the other hand, might raise some doubts about using it.
It's the bare minimum to use all of these security features when you are given access to one of your environments.
