TeamViewer is used by one small team to handle remote support requests. We have used other options, including AnyDesk.

They helped us reduce call times for customer support.
[In my experience] Teamviewer has very shady billing practices. They bill you for an entire year in advance. If you try and cancel even on the day of renewal, they will charge you for the entire year.
