Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We are using TeamViewer for connecting with colleagues. TeamViewer helps to share screens and talk with colleagues. Connecting remotely solves many problems; we are using TeamViewer for solving coding bugs, and also we can access the screen of participants through it. We are also using TeamViewer to fix the issue of another participant's system.
- Screen sharing
- Access to participant's system
- Talking with colleagues
- If more than 25 users can join TeamViewer, it's more useful
- Felt it is useful for accessing screen
- Price point is higher than similar products available in the market, which is a negative point
- Connecting with multiple people has helped
First, I started with TeamViewer, but later I switched to AnyDesk because the pricing perspective AnyDesk gives good pricing compared to TeamViewer. Also, System RAM perspective AnyDesk is lighter than TeamViewer, so I am more comfortable with AnyDesk. I found mobile applications for both TeamViewer and AnyDesk, so it's helpful to share the screen of mobile in the same way as the desktop.
